UFC 253 weigh-in results – Adesanya vs. Costa

The UFC has returned to Fight Island.   UFC 253 will take place on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi on Saturday, September 26, with titles on the line in both the main and co-main events.

In the night’s main event, someone’s “0” has to go as undefeated champion Israel Adesanya meets undefeated rising contender Paulo Costa for the promotion’s middleweight title.

In the co-main event spot, Dominick Reyes will challenge for the UFC light heavyweight title a second time as he meets Jan Blachowicz at 205-pounds.  The title’s ownership is currently vacant after Jon Jones relinquished the belt earlier this year, citing a move up to heavyweight.

UFC 253 takes place Saturday at Flash Forum with the main card airing on pay-per-view following prelims on ESPN2 and ESPN+.

Today’s weigh-ins will begin at 9 a.m. ET.
