UFC 270 results – Ngannou vs. Gane

The Ultimate Fighting Championship will hold their first pay-per-view of 2022 with UFC 270 on Saturday night, live from the Honda Center in Anaheim, California.  MyMMANews.com will have all your UFC 270 results below.

In the main event, UFC heavyweight champion Francis Ngannou will defend his title for the first time since capturing it from former champion Stipe Miocic early in 2021.  Ngannou places his belt on the line against interim champion Ciryl Gane to see just who is the promotion’s undisputed  heavyweight kingpin.  The fight is also the last on Ngannou’s current contract with the UFC and there is no sign of him re-signing just yet.

In the co-main event, the trilogy bout between current UFC flyweight champion Brandon Moreno and former champion Deiveson Figueiredo.  The two men first fought to a draw when Moreno was challenging for the title under Figueiredo’s championship reign.  Then, in the rematch, Moreno submitted the champ in the third round to claim the gold.  Now with a target on his back, Moreno defends the title for the very first time.
