UFC Fighters that can succeed in Boxing
Many people will say that boxing is an easy sport. All you have to do is block the shots to the head and aim for a knockout. Theoretically, it sounds easy, but, what most people don’t see is that it’s not just about delivering the perfect punch. It’s about head movement, leg movement, dodging, slipping, stamina, technique, and much more. Whoever said that boxing is easy has never watched a fight or has no clue of what the sport includes.
Throughout history, we’ve witnessed many legendary fighters, like Muhammad Ali, Mike Tyson, Sugar Ray Leonard, and today we have legends like Canelo, Floyd, Tyson Fury, Anthony Joshua, etc. But, boxing is not the only combat sport that exists. MMA is also a complicated type of fighting. It includes elements from various fighting styles from wrestling, boxing, BJJ, Muay Thai, and much more. So, since we are aiming to find common ground in boxing and MMA, we wanted to give you a small list of MMA fighters who are more than capable to venture in boxing.

Jorge Masvidal
The real BMF finally got his spotlight. Not only that he’s one of the most complete fighters in MMA, but he also has exceptional boxing skills. In a recent interview, he stated that he is willing to take on Saul “Canelo” Alvarez and said that he will win just because he has more to offer. We are yet to see if that fight will happen, but there is no doubt that it would be great to watch.
Diaz Brothers
Everybody loves the Diaz brothers. The biggest specialty that Nick and Nate have, is Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, but both of them are fantastic boxers as well. They have fantastic striking accuracy when it comes to pure boxing skills and has knocked out many opponents in the past. Who knows, maybe we’ll see one of them in a ring soon. After all, Dana White and Floyd Mayweather recently announced that they have a joint project in the works for 2020 and Floyd stated that he is coming out of retirement.
Holly Holm
Holly Holm is one of the GOATs in the Women’s Category. She is one of the fiercest and most formidable fighters to ever step foot in the octagon. She ended Ronda Rousey’s reign back in 2015 and became widely popular since that moment. We’ve seen her skills and her excellent movement, which is why we believe that she would be a nasty opponent inside the boxing ring.
