UFC Rankings Update: Yair Rodriguez moves up, Jones, Lesnar removed
Following his decision win over Alex Caceres on Saturday night, Yair Rodriguez has moved up two spots in the UFC featherweight spot. Rodriguez now sits at number 11.
Both former UFC light heavyweight champion Jon Jones and former heavyweight champion Brock Lesnar have been removed from their respective rankings entirely following USADA violations surrounding last month’s UFC 200 event.
Nearly everyone in those weight classes moved up as a spot as a result. See image below.
Also, a newly reinstated Yoel Romero jumps up 11 spots to number four after being suspended, and later fight the suspension only to have his term reduced.
