UFC Vegas 7 medical suspensions: Edgar & Munhoz receive 60-day suspensions
The UFC Vegas 7 suspensions are in and Frankie Edgar and Pedro Munhoz have been suspended for 60-days.
In the main event of the card, Frankie Edgar was finally making his bantamweight debut against Pedro Munhoz. It was a very intriguing matchup but in the end, it was the future UFC Hall of Famer who got his hand raised by split decision. Due to their five-round fight, both men got 60-day suspensions.
The longest suspensions goes to Shana Dobson who is suspended for 177 days or until she is cleared by an orthopedic doctor. Dobson is the only fighter to receive more than a 60-day suspension with a couple of fighters not getting a single day. Below are the medical suspensions via MMAJunkie.

- Daniel Rodriguez: Suspended 45 days with no contact for 30 days due to sutures on left fifth toe.
- Dwight Grant: Suspended 60 days with no contact for 45 days.
- Amanda Lemos: Suspended 30 days or until cut above left eye cleared by doctor; No contact for 21 days.
- Mizuki Inoue: No suspension.
- Ike Villanueva: Suspended 60 days with no contact for 45 days due to right elbow laceration.
- Jordan Wright: No suspension.
- Carlton Minus: Suspended 30 days with no contact for 21 days.
- Matthew Semelsberger: Suspended 45 days or until cut under left eye cleared by doctor; No contact for 30 days.
- Timur Valiev: Suspended for 45 days with no contact for 30 days.
- Trevin Jones: Suspended for 30 days with no contact for 21 days.
