UFC vets Chris Camozzi, Bubba McDaniel make bare knuckle debuts at BKFC 31 this weekend

A pair of UFC veterans will make their bare knuckle fighting debuts this weekend at BKFC 31 in Denver, Colorado as Chris Camozzi and Bubba McDaniel will collide in the event’s featured fight of the evening.

The event, from the 1st Bank Center, is headlined by an interim light heavyweight title bout between Mike “The Marine” Richman and Isaac Doolittle.

Camozzi (27-15 MMA) comes to the Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship promotion behind one season with the Professional Fighters League where he picked up two wins and a loss in the 2021 season.

The 35-year-old Camozzi spent two years with the UFC from 2015 to 2017, racking up three wins opposite four defeats.

McDaniel (30-10 MMA) returns to combat sports action for the first time since March 2019.  The 35-year-old “Menace” was a cast member on season 17 of the Ultimate Fighter before competing twice with the promotion, losing both contests.  McDaniel later went to Bellator MMA among other promotions.
