Jesse Martinelli (2-0) discusses his flyweight fight against Joey Scanlan (3-4) at Shamrock FC 340 this Friday, September 16. Jesse also spoke about how he got into MMA, what type of training camp he’s had and his short-term goals in MMA.
“I’d like to dominate at the regional level, then I’ll take a step up and see if I can do well at a national level. I would really like to be positioning myself to get to ONE Championship, where littler guys … are more of a popular thing. Bellator doesn’t have a 125-pound division, UFC is great, anybody would take that. I don’t know, I like the idea of ONE Championship.”
