Unified MMA 40 results (205 lb and 145 lb championship fights)

Unified MMA returns on Saturday, August 14th, and these are your Unified MMA 40 results.

River Cree Resort and Casino welcomes Edmonton, Alberta fight fans. The broadcast goes down on UFC Fight Pass.

This is the promotion’s inaugural card on the platform. It is a stacked night bolstered by a pair of championship bouts.

Topping the marquee, Graham Park and Neil Berry will test skills for the organization’s light heavyweight title.

Park is Unified MMA’s reigning and defending 205 lb champion heading into this main event clash. The Shaved Bears MMA product is riding a four-fight win streak, all of those wins are first-round finishes, and Park looks to secure the first defense of his crown tonight.

Berry is an eighteen-fight veteran and captured the Rumble in the Cage light heavyweight title in his last outing. The CMC combatant looks to add even more hardware to his mantle and maintain his one hundred percent finishing rate in the process.

In the evening’s co-feature, Neal Anderson and Maged Hammo clash for Unified MMA featherweight gold in another Shaved Bears MMA vs CMC matchup.

Anderson is riding a six-fight win streak heading into this fight. He fights out of Shaved Bears MMA, has competed with Unified MMA since their eleventh event. Neal Anderson aims to become the promotion’s kingpin after a near nine-year odyssey with the organization.

Hammo is a stalwart of the Rumble in the Cage circuit, has also fought for MFC, and makes his Unified MMA debut. The CMC representative, who has previously fought UFC featherweight Ryan Hall, aims to capture 145 lb gold and bolster his profile even further.

Unified MMA 40 was first canceled on March 14th, 2020 but it finally takes place tonight. They return for their first show since December 2019 and below are your live updates for the bout results.
