Who Said You Shouldn’t Fight On Vacation? Train While You Cruise
Premier cruise vacation organizer Grapplers Escape, LLC launches its second BJJ Camp at sea – “The Cruise With Master Sauer” with 8th Degree Coral Belt Master Pedro Sauer, Top Gracie Academy Blackbelt Henry Akins, MMA Champ Jeff Curran and UFC Coach Rylan Lizares.
This July 10-17, over 100 grapplers and guests will depart from the Crescent City of New Orleans on a 7-night adventure to Cozumel, Belize and Roatan. With 6 days of training, the participants will be immersed in a wealth of world class Jiu-Jitsu training and learning opportunities, in addition to plenty of time to have fun in the sun with their friends, families and the instructors.

In addition to 6 days of BJJ instruction and hours of open rolling, Grappler’s Escape offers all the amenities and activities of a traditional cruise: Island touring, beach time, excursions, diving/snorkeling, as well as all the on-board fun you can have.
With close to 3,000 square feet of floor covered with top of the line Zebra Mats, we’ll turn the Carnival Dream into a spectacular on-board Dojo. Gr!ps Athletics is providing commemorative Secret Weapon 2.0 Gis to all the grapplers, and every athlete will be receiving a Defense Soap Deluxe Travel Kit.
The Cruise with Master Sauer is a follow up to the successful first Grapplers Escape event with multiple world champions Saulo and Xande Ribeiro, Andre Galvao, Angelica Galvao, Felicia Oh and JT Torres. The inaugural cruise sailed in October 2015 on the Carnival Breeze to Jamaica, Grand Cayman and Cozumel.
