Stots vs. Berdon headlines Saturday night event live on UFC FIGHT PASS

Two title fights were locked in as the participants hit the scale for the official weigh-in leading up to Victory Fighting Championship’s VFC 59 – Stots vs. Berdon.

The seven-bout main card takes place tomorrow night – Saturday, December 16th – live on UFC FIGHT PASS® from Baxter Arena in Omaha, Nebraska, beginning at 10 p.m. ET / 9 p.m. CT / 7 p.m. PT.

The headliner bout sees reigning VFC bantamweight champion Raufeon “Supa” Stots (8-1) defend his belt against challenger Arnold Berdon (6-1). Representing his home town of Houston, Texas, Stots weighed in at 136.0 lbs., while the Hawaiian Berdon came in at 134.0 lbs. The Nebraska Athletic Commission permits a one-pound grace for all bouts, including title affairs.

In the co-main event, newly minted VFC welterweight champion Yuri Villefort (10-6) toes the line against his challenger Victor “Superman” Moreno (37-23). Originally from Brazil and now fighting out of Boca Raton, Florida, Villefort registered in at 169.6 lbs. Moreno, the veteran from Des Moines, Iowa, also stepped off the scale at 169.6 lbs.
