Vitor Belfort speaks with MyMMANews
Vitor Belfort is set for his own version of “The Last Dance” as he heads into the final chapter of his career. The former UFC light heavyweight champion has signed for ONE Championship and is set to wrap up his career with the Singapore based promotion.
Belfort has been slated to face Alain Ngalani at heavyweight, although it remains unclear whether the fight will be in MMA or kickboxing. The fight has been put on hold due to the COVID-19 situation that has halted MMA outside of the UFC.
This would mark over two years since Belfort has competed. With his last fight coming against Lyoto Machida dating back to May 2018.
In this interview, Belfort discusses his legacy, moving up to heavyweight, how he hopes to be remembered, and more.
