The main card fighters of this Saturday night’s Karate Combat card exchanged their final words at today’s official pre-fight press conference, with Season Sensei Stephen ‘Wonderboy’ Thompson joining the press conference line-up to offer a few comments of his own.
American middleweight standout Ross ‘Turbo’ Levine challenges reigning champion Shahin ‘The Lion’ Atamov in the main event, while the co-headline sees Ireland’s Eoghan Chelmiah rematch with Ilies ‘The Madman’ Mardhi to handle their unfinished business and settle their simmering rivalry.
Another bitter rivalry coming to a head this Saturday night sees Rafael Aghayev and Davy Dona face off for the first time since their 2016 encounter ended with a controversial knockout. The two are looking to settle their score in definitive fashion this weekend.
The card also hosts the debut of former Bellator Kickboxing and GLORY Kickboxing champion Gabriel Varga, who faces recent lightweight title challenger Bruno ‘The White Dragon’ Assis.
