Will Dill feeling strong and confident heading into second pro fight at ROC 68

Will Dill is a warrior, there is just no other way to describe him.

Dill took his first professional MMA fight on less than a week’s notice, in his opponents hometown, and against a grueling, hard nosed grinder in John “Bearcat” Brennan.  I was cageside calling the action in November and it was 15-minutes of blood, sweat, and effort from both men.  Dill’s striking was sharp and he took down the decision on the judge’s scorecards. He has looked forward to his next bout and a full camp the minute fight ended.

Dill was scheduled to be on the card at Ring of Combat 67 in February, but his opponent pulled out with an injury the week of the event. So here we are in May and it is suddenly fight week as he and Team Martinez head down the shore to showcase his skills for Louis Neglia and Dead Serious Promotion’s Ring of Combat 68.  ROC is one of the premier regional shows in the country and over 130 fighters have gone from ROC to the UFC.  The quality of talent is that good.

Dill will match up with K-Dojo Warrior Tribe’s Nazim Sadykhov who was the victim of a rear naked choke and a loss in his pro debut at ROC 66.  Please check out my video interview with Will in the link above as he gives us a preview of his fight and the final week of camp.  His head coach Will Martinez is confident that his pupil will come away victorious.

MyMMANews will be cage-side for live results, interviews and photos and this is also the first time that Ring of Combat will be streamed live on UFC Fight Pass.  Don’t miss another card loaded with great prospects!
