Adam Borics wants to represent Hungarian MMA as Bellator champ

Adam Borics discusses his entry into the 16-man Bellator Featherweight Grand Prix, as well as his opening round matchup with Pat Curran at Bellator 226.

The event takes place Sept. 7 at the SAP Center in San Jose, Calif, and will feature four matchups in the tournament for the chance to win $1 million and the Bellator MMA featherweight title.

Borics discusses his win over Aaron Pico in June which opened up a lot more eyes, getting paired up with a former world champion in the first round, his take on the “boring” fight between Curran and AJ McKee, how he likes the structure of this particular Grand Prix compared to the heavyweight and welterweight tournaments, how he sees the fight playing out, what winning the whole thing will mean to him and the Hungarian MMA scene, his thoughts on Bellator 225 and much more.

Check out the full interview with the unbeaten Adam Borics in the video above.
