After double knockdown, Michael Trizano gets KO win in wild first round at UFC 281
With his back up against the wall and entering the last fight on his contract, Michael Trizano came up big at UFC 281 on Saturday night.
The 30-year-old “Lone Wolf” Trizano from nearby New Jersey, picked up a first-round knockout win over Seung Woo Choi at the world’s most famous arena, Madison Square Garden in New York, New York.
Both Trizano and Choi came out swinging and immediately both fighters connect at the very same time, resulting in a double knockdown. The men get back to their feet and continue to rock one another in a back-and-forth brawl.

Trizano bloodies Choi and swelling is immediately identified on the South Korean fighter’s face. Moments later, Trizano connects, dropping the 30-year-old “Sting” to the canvas.

Choi has now dropped three consecutive bouts inside the octagon. Trizano, who was also on a two-fight losing streak, picks up the win and will likely enter negotiations for a new contract with the world’s most famous mixed martial arts promotion.
