Anissa Meksen: “When I see her open up, I will touch her”
Anissa Meksen impressed ONE Championship officials when she made her promotional debut in September 2021, knocking out Cristina Morales in the second round of their kickboxing bout.
Meksen, a 33-year-old native of France who represents Phuket Fight Club, returns to ONE later this month when she meets the relatively unknown 22-year-old Marie Ruumet of Estonia.
With a record of 101-5 and 33 of her wins coming by knockout, Meksen enters this atomweight matchup at the Singapore Indoor Stadium feeling extremely positive about her chances.
“My goal is to finish the fight in the first round,” Meksen told the Bangkok Post.
“When I see her open up, I will touch her,” she said.
