Bellator Announces MVP vs. Derek Anderson For Bellator London

Bellator continues their rampage through Europe with their sixth event in the European Series of 2019. Just announced, Bellator London will be headlined by Michael “Venom” Page and Derek Anderson. Bellator London will take place at the SSE Arena in Wembley on Saturday, November 23rd.

Michael Page won his last fight in Ireland with a monster flying knee that put Richard Kiely out in the co-main event. The knockout was his 16th professional win, with his only loss being to Diego Lima in the welterweight Grand Prix. Page’s knockout signified a bounce back from the loss and that fans could still expect to see the exciting MVP they’ve come to know and love.

Derek “The Barbaric” Anderson is the next man tasked with taking on Page. He is riding a two fight win streak coming into Bellator London. With a career record of 16-3, Anderson has two wins over Patricky Pitbull. Now Anderson looks to get another notch in his belt against the tricky Michael Page.

Building Bellator London

Bellator London also hosts another UK favorite on the main card. Fabian Edwards has been tapped to take on Mike Shipman in a middleweight bout. Søren Bak, former featherweight and lightweight Cage Warriors champion, makes his Bellator debut as well as he takes on Terry Brazier.

Other prelim fights were announced earlier this month as well. Those fights include: Kent Kauppinen vs. Andy Manzolo, George Tokkos vs. Kevin Fryer, and a Bellator kickboxing championship between flyweight Denise Kielholtz and Sabriye Sengul.
