The man from Northern California, Jerimiah Labiano, has made the journey across the water to take on huge prospect James “The Strabanimal” Gallagher at Bellator London this weekend.
What a massive opportunity presented for “The Kid” Labiano as Gallagher is one of the most talked about fighters in the division due to his incredible skills and creative ‘smack talk’ entertaining many around the world.
Labiano is completely unfazed by this and stated, “S**t, he just better be ready that’s all I got to say, he is here, he showed up, that’s all I care about.”
At the pre-fight press conference words were exchanged between the two fighters, as to be expected, but Gallagher then turned to the crowd. Member of the Labiano team were making remarks toward Gallagher and as you can imagine he was not impressed. As Gallagher left the stage there was an altercation between team Labiano and Gallagher resulting in security having to intervene. The whole time this was going on, Labiano remained calm and collective, proving the mind games are not working.
Currently 3-2 in Bellator, Labiano undoubtedly will be facing his toughest opponent to date. Labiano explained how he is used to fighting in enemy territory and is 100% ready and focused for the task ahead.
