BKFC’s Jarod Grant plans to “dominate” UFC vet John Dodson on Feb. 17

Jarod Grant discusses his flyweight fight against John Dodson at BKFC: Knuckle Mania 3 on Feb. 17. Jarod also spoke about how this matchup came together, earning a title shot with a victory and what he expects against the former UFC title challenger.

“I know that I’m going to be the bigger guy,” Grant said.  “I’m looking to put a lot of pressure on him. I’m looking to be really aggressive. I feel really good in camp, I’m throwing a lot of hard shots. Today in sparring I caught this guy with some good shots. It’s going to look pretty rough for Dodson. He has a lot of experience; he’s fought some of the best people in the UFC. I have the boxing experience and BKFC experience. I just know I want to go out there and dominate him.”

The fistic fireworks emanate from Tingley Coliseum in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

The top of the KnuckleMania 3 marquee clash, features dual division champion Lorenzo Hunt looking to unify his light heavyweight crown against interim 185-pound titleholder Mike Richman.

In the co-headline attraction, The Ultimate Fighter season one veteran and former UFC lightweight title challenger Diego Sanchez clashes with decorated gloved boxing champion Austin Trout.
