In the main event, Matvei Skvortsov (6-1) will make the trip down from Canada to battle Chris Disonell (7-2). When these two ranked warriors enter the cage Saturday night, only one can leave with the featherweight Cage Wars championship title around their waist.
Disonell, currently ranked No. 3 in New York (according to Tapology.com), places his five-fight win streak on the line against the No. 5 ranked featherweight in New York. Skvortsov seeks to improve his current win streak to four victories.
Disonell, 24, is three years the elder in this bout. Fight fans must tune into this great matchup of two highly ranked New York amateur athletes.
