Cage Wars 37 Live Results: Davis TKO’s Clow – Martinez Submits Barrett

Tonight, Cage Wars hosts their thirty-seventh installment in the Albany, New York region. Cage Wars 37 takes place Saturday night at the Rivers Casino & Resorts in Schenectady, NY where 13 fights are scheduled to take place, headlined by Jake Davis and Shawn Clow. Clow and Davis will compete for the Cage Wars welterweight championship. The co-main event will feature two top amateur fighters seeking the Cage Wars Bantamweight title. Adam Barrett, former Cage Wars bantamweight champion, and Mike Martinez square up in a highly anticipated fight. Doors open at 6:30 PM with fights starting promptly at 8 PM est. Fights can be watched live on FITE TV, as tickets are sold out to the live show.

Cage Wars 37 is being sanctioned by the United States Muay Thai Association (USMTA). All fighters participating with less than two fights will be wearing shinguards and not permitted to use ground-and-pound to the head of their opponent. The use of body strikes only. In all fights, knees to the head are not permitted as well as elbows of any kind are illegal.

All fights, including title fights, will be three three-minute rounds. Five title fights are scheduled for Cage Wars 37.
