Friday evening, Cage Wars 49 weigh-ins take place in the lobby of The Landing Hotel at the Rivers Casino Resort in Schenectady, New York. The Albany-based promotion will begin their ceremonial weigh-ins at 5 PM. The United States Muay Thai Association (USMTA) will be the third-party sanctioning the event.
The main card Saturday night is filled with six title fights. Cage Wars 49 is sold out. The pay-per-view will stream across Fite TV’s platform. In the main event, two proven amateur champions collide in the featherweight division where both fighters fight for the title and protect their unbeaten records.
