Dakota Bush previews his upcoming fight against Zhu Rong

Dakota Bush is more than ready for his second UFC fight.

On Sept. 18, Bush will make his second walk to the octagon when he takes on Zhu Rong at UFC Vegas 37.

Bush has been digging deep and grinding away for the past 20 weeks in preparation for this bout. For the past few weeks, Bush has been training out of Glory MMA and he believes the great minds from the camp are making a huge impact on him and that he will showcase the best version of himself on fight night.

The long 20 week preparation is completely different than what Bush experienced in his first fight.

Bush made his UFC debut in April against Austin Hubbard and he didn’t get the opportunity really prepare for the fight as he accepted on six days notice. While it was a short notice fight, Bush believes he showed that he has a fast pace and proved that he belongs in the sports biggest promotion.

Ahead of his UFC Vegas 37 fight, Bush talked to MyMMANews about his 20 week training camp, training at Glory MMA and his UFC debut. Aside from the fight game, Bush also talked about his family, the Green Bay Packers and his love for hunting and finishing as he believes he is actually the best fisherman in MMA, a claim first heavily spotlighted by fellow lightweight Gregor Gillespie.

You can watch Bush’s full interview in the video above.
