Dalton Rosta done with Romero Cotton; previews his fight at Bellator 273

Dalton Rosta spent a few months calling for a fight with Romero Cotton and all roads were leading for the two to finally meet at Bellator 273.

Then with three weeks until fight night, Cotton pulled out of the fight.

Now, Rosta is done with Cotton. He has no interest in ever booking a fight with Cotton ever again. Instead he’s focused on cracking the Bellator middleweight rankings and making a run towards a middleweight title.

The journey towards the top of the middleweight division will begin on Saturday at Bellator 273 when Dalton takes on Duane Johnson, who accepted the fight on short notice after Cotton pulled out.

Prior to his fight with Johnson, Dalton spoke with MyMMANews to discuss how annoyed he is with Cotton and he also previewed his matchup with Johnson.

Outside of Bellator 273, he also spoke on his fellow undefeated American Top Team teammates Austin Vanderford, who is challenging for the Bellator middleweight title, Johnny Elben, who is ranked No. 4 in the Bellator middleweight rankings and Cody Law, who is an up and coming featherweight prospect.

You can hear everything Dalton had to say by watching the video above.
