Dana White: UFC’s fault Mayweather vs McGregor isn’t done yet – Hopes it’s done this weekend
Dana White: It’s the UFC’s fault
UFC President Dana White says that it is UFC’s fault that the fight between UFC champ Conor McGregor and boxing star Floyd Mayweather Jr., isn’t signed.
“Yeah, September was the date that we wanted, and you know, we dragged our feet. We’ve taken too long and a great fight slid in that spot,” White said in talking about the recently booked fight between Gennady Golovkin and Canelo Alvarez which is proposed for September 16.
When asked to clarify “dragging our feet,” and White said, “Us, it’s everybody’s fault, it’s all of our faults. We, on our side, actually it’s not Mayweather’s fault. It’s actually our fault on our side. We haven’t got our stuff together, me and Conor haven’t got our stuff together. We blew the date, so what are you going to do?”
“It’s us, it’s us, not them,” White continued.
White then said that he hopes to wrap things up for this mega fight on Sunday. What do you think? Will the Floyd Mayweather Jr., vs. Conor McGregor fight be announced come Monday?
