Daniel Pineda In To Replace Anthony Njokuani At LFC 41

Former Legacy Featherweight and Lightweight Champion, Daniel “The Pit” Pineda (20-11) steps in to replace the injured Anthony Njokuani against Jonny Carson (11-6) at LFC 41. Scheduled to take place on April 3 at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Tulsa, OK, Carson is coming off a two-year layoff after a win against Marcio Navarro. Daniel Pineda was released from the UFC a year ago. Since then he has been a man on a mission, with two first round submission victories over former Legacy Featherweight Champion Leonard Garcia and Thomas Webb, with the latter occurring at LFC 39 back in February.
