Desmond “M80” Moore predicts TKO in Titan 59 return

Coming from a long lineage of American Top Team competitors, Desmond Moore has been a student of the fight game for eight years. However, his success in competition dates back as early as Moore can remember, as he’s always been a standout wrestler from an early age.

This Friday, February 28th, “M80″Moore gets back into the Titan Fighting Championship cage at Titan FC 59 to take on Cleveland McLean in a flyweight collision. Both fighters have significant strengths and accolades between them going into this fight, setting up a non-stop war.

Moore, looking to snap a 3 fight losing streak is coming back after a lengthy layoff with a fire back in his heart. “I had to get back to learning”, Moore says about approaching this fight camp. Now operating with a schedule that suits his training, “M80” is set to explode on February 28th.

“I think it’s going to be a great fight!” Moore says about the contest with McLean. “We’ve exchanged messages over social media. Just the stuff that Titan has put out with the few interviews Ive done, and I think (it’s) friendly competition!” Continuing with a cunning smile, “because I tell everybody that I don’t think if they’re a wrestler and they attempt to wrestle me, that that’s just not good for them! And I think he kind of accepts that challenge! So, I’m looking for him to throw his heavy power but I’m gonna look for him to try and out wrestle me, and, like I said, I accept that challenge all the time!”

Although, Moore doesn’t necessarily buy McLean’s bait. Accepting his challenge and expecting the challenge may end up being total opposites once the cage door closes Friday evening. Staying ready for anything, Moore states, I’m always comfortable in my stand up and finding range and my footwork and everything. I’m never opposed to striking with anybody.” Emphasizing further stating, “adaptability throughout the fight, throughout your career is big! You have to be able to make changes and be ok with that!”

Never shy to lay out his groundwork ahead of the fight, Moore predicts a “Definite stoppage.” Continuing with, “He doesn’t think I’ll be able to walk him down. Like I said, we’ve had some friendly exchanges. I don’t think theres any beef. But he doesn’t think I’ll be able to walk him down and he thinks he’ll be able to take me down. So, I’m just gonna follow how the fight goes. Be able to let my hands go. Put some punches and kicks together. Get the mat to the ground when I need to, and when I’m able to, usually I’m successful at a TKO”
