Eddie Bravo Invitational 19: The Welterweights – LIVE RESULTS – EBI 19

Today, Sunday, March 13, 2022, at 3 PM PT/6 PM EST, the Eddie Bravo Invitational has its long-awaited return for its 19th installment at Planet Hollywood Cancun in Cancun, Mexico.

The event features an 16-man welterweight tournament under EBI rules, with competitors vying for a cash prize and the title of EBI Welterweight Champion. This will be the first Eddie Bravo Invitational event in quite some time after being on hiatus for over 3 years, with EBI 18 being held back in December of 2018. Eddie has been focused on his Combat Jiu Jitsu ruleset in recent years, but fans have been itching to have the original EBI ruleset back in play. After starting the Medusa Female Only events for the women, which feature both Combat Jiu Jitsu and EBI rules brackets, Eddie now is bringing back the original EBI ruleset for the men as well. In fact, the second Medusa Female Only event was held just last night at the same venue with two new champions crowned, making it an excellent weekend for high level jiu jitsu. You can check out Eddie Bravo talking about the evolution of his invitational events below. EBI 19 will be live streamed on UFC Fight Pass as usual and match results will be updated below as the event progresses.  Get the info below.
