Fabricio Werdum vs Cain Velasquez 2 set for UFC 207
Two former UFC heavyweight champions will collide once again as the rematch between Fabricio Werdum and Cain Velasquez is now set for UFC 207.
Originally scheduled to face each other for the second time in February, an injury to Velasquez scrapped the bout and Werdum went on to lose the belt he took from Velasquez in June of 2015 to Stipe Miocic at UFC 198 in May.
Werdum bounced back with a unanimous decision win over Travis Browne in September, and Velasquez had a UFC 200 win over him as well back in July.
UFC 207, which is headlined by the UFC women’s bantamweight championship bout between Amanda Nunes and Ronda Rousey, airs live on Pay-Per-View.
