Gillian Robertson is on course to fight for the second time since the start of the pandemic. The Canadian native last fought in June getting a rear-naked-choke submission victory over Cortney Casey.
Now she’s set to meet Poliana Botelho in a matchup to determine who continues to move up in the division. Both women will be looking to make a two-fight win streak following wins in their last contests.
Robertson’s plans going into the fight are the same as always: get the submission. Her ground game has been one of the best in the division, even surpassing Ronda Rousey’s record for most submissions.
