Hasbulla says “I have officially signed a deal to fight in the UFC!”
Don’t say we didn’t warn you…. but we warned you. Hasbulla Magomedov is headed to the UFC, at least according to him.
There is no certainty as to whether the internet star from the Republic of Dagestan will actually fight, or if he has even signed with the UFC, but the 19-year-old, who was born with a Growth Hormone Deficiency (GHD), that has stunted his growth to approximately 3′ 3″ tall, made a post to support his statement.
“The rumors are true,” Hasbulla posted. “I have officially signed a deal to fight in the UFC! Details will be revealed by the end of the year. Thank you to @ufc , @danawhite , @khabib_nurmagomedov , @sungurov_usa , @justinozuna and everyone who helped make this dream become a reality. All my fans will be able to buy a Hasbulla fight kit soon on UFC.com and hasbulla.com.”

Hasbulla, who has been clamoring for a fight in the octagon has been a fan-favorite after rising to fame during the height of the Khabib Nurmagomedov and Conor McGregor feud. Now with more than 3.5 million followers on his Instagram account alone, the question that looms is, “does the UFC actually put Hasbulla in the octagon for a fight?” If they do, the follow on question is, “against who?”
Here’s the thing about this spectacle. People are talking, so if the UFC doesn’t do it, another promotion will.
Hasbulla will be Islam Makhachev’s corner next week at UFC 280 in Abu Dhabi for his vacant lightweight title fight against former champion Charles Oliveira on October 22.
