Jaclyn Sklaver talks Fury & Wilder trilogy & Wilder’s nutrition plan
Jaclyn Sklaver has seen a lot during her years of working as a sports nutritionist.
Over the course of her career, she has worked with a number of professional athletes, including fighters like UFC superstar Jorge Masvidal. She has also sat in the best seats in a number huge stadiums and arenas.
While Sklaver has seen a lot during her career, she experienced a sporting event unlike any other early this month.
Sklaver served as the nutritionist for Deontay Wilder ahead of trilogy fight with Tyson Fury and she was with “The Bronze Bomber” not only during his training camp, but she was also with him all during fight week including being in his corner during the actual fight.
The experience was unlike any other for Sklaver as she’ll never forget the experience of fans screaming, bright lights, music, cameras and all the amazing things that go into a heavyweight championship fight.
Following the fight, Sklaver spoke with MyMMANews about the experience of fight week and fight night. She also talked about Wilder’s nutritional plan for the fight as he weighed in at 238 pounds, which was the heaviest of Wilder’s career. Aside from discussing Wilder, she also talked about her work with NFL, NBA and tennis players.
