Submission specialist James “Lyonheart” Lyons defends his featherweight title at Stellar Fights 40

James “Lyonheart” Lyons goes to bed at night dreaming about chokes, armbars and any other submission he has learned over the course of his training for the last five years.  All four of his career victories have come by submission including his last fight where he locked up a triangle choke on Jason Tipaldos in the fourth round for a successful title defense.  He puts his belt on the line once again on Saturday February 23 at Stellar Fights 40.
