UFC on ESPN+ 38 recap intro: The long-awaited matchup between featherweights Brian Ortega and Chan Sung Jung headlines UFC on ESPN+ 38 tonight, Saturday, Oct. 17.

For the fourth- straight week, the Flash Forum in Yas Island, Abu Dhabi will serve as the home for the UFC. Former women’s flyweight title contender Katlyn Chookagian meets the former champion Jessica Andrade in the co-main event.

Chookagian looks to climb the hump against the former champion and get back inside the cage for a title fight. Andrade hopes a finish could get her another shot to reclaim her status as champion.

Fight:

Round 1

Strong clinch battle against the cage by the two women. Andrade landed a nasty outside leg kick that put Chookagian on her butt. Andrade pushed the No. 1 ranked flyweight against the cage and landed a few shots. They break from the cage, and Chookagain circling away on the outside before Andrade put her opponent against the cage. After a solid slam takedown, Andrade lands a massive a couple of massive body shots that made Chookagian to back up in pain and then the last one dropped her against the cage where the third-man in the cage jumped in to end it.
