Jim Miller talks UFC Vegas 48 matchup with Nikolas Motta and releasing a cookbook

Jim Miller once again is days away from history.

This weekend, Miller will take on Nikolas Motta in a lightweight bout at UFC Vegas 48. When Miller makes the walk to the octagon, it will mark his 39th fight under the UFC banner and will extend his record for most fights in UFC history.

If Miller is to get a win on Saturday, it will lead to another history breaking moment for the New Jersey native. Right now, Miller as 22 victories in the promotion and a win will tie him with Donald Cerrone for most wins all time.

While Miller continues to make history in the UFC, he is also doing some cool things outside of the cage.

Miller loves food and cooking and hunting have become a big hobby for him. After years of posting pictures of great looking meals on his social media accounts, he has now decided to give everyone a literal taste of the action.
