Joe Lauzon vs. Stevie Ray set for Nashville
Coming off a split decision win over Marcin Held in January, Joe Lauzon (27-12) has now been paired up with rising star Stevie Ray (20-6).
Lauzon expressed that he disagreed with the way the judges scored his fight over Held at UFC Fight Night 103.
“100-percent. Not my night,” Lauzon said honestly after he was given the victory.
Ray is coming off a split decision win over Ross Pearson in November.
Lauzon is tied with Nate Diaz for most post-fight bonus awards in UFC history. He has split his last six fights, winning and losing three.
In the UFC Fight Night main event, which airs live on FS1, featherweights Cub Swanson and Artem Lobov look to put on a show. Tickets are on sale now.
The fight takes place April 22 at the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee.
