Josh Jackson talks vying for FightWorld championship: “It brings out the best in me”

This Saturday, February 12th, the historic, Gettysburg, Pennsylvania is in for an unforgettable evening when FightWorld 21 rolls into town.

A promotion with a long legacy of lineage, Fight World helped jumpstart such notable careers as Tim “The Dirty Bird” Means, Carlos “The Natural Born Killer” Condit, and countless others circa 2004.

Maryland’s, Josh Jackson is looking to make it three wins in a row when he takes on Piankhi “The Nappy Ninja” Zimmerman in the main event of the FightWorld lightweight championship.

Jackson is coming off of a dominant first round TKO victory over Tyler Collins in the co-main event at Fight World 18. Jackson controlled the action the entire round until landing several damaging punches, clearly hurting Collins several times before the round concluded. Collins was unable to answer the bell for the following round, ruling Jackson the winner via TKO at 5:00 of the very first round. A win that would set Jackson up for a bout with the main event winner of the evening, Piankhi Zimmerman.
