Keenan Forsey, new camp, same mindset…Glory rules kickboxing bout at Stellar Fights 44 is next
Keenan Forsey is one of those guys that I have been able to see perform live in person, and then I put a little check mark next to his name, to remind me that one day he will be a star. Forsey is a finely tuned athlete who is a ferocious striker and cardio machine. He is currently working on his standup game with a Glory kickboxing rules bout set for this Saturday, November 23rd at Stellar Fights 44, where he will go face to face with Rosendo Leyva.
Keenan won a championship belt in his last match at at Stellar Fights, but is taking this bout in a different weight class so there will be no title defense, yet Forsey couldn’t care less. “120% I will be in the cage for my first mixed martial arts fight in 2020. We had to get some sanctioning issues taken care of and I want to thank Brad Dalton from Stellar Fights for helping me with that. Next, I will just have to finds someone who will take a fight and stop running. My new camp at EEFC has been great and made me feel so welcome. Everybody is helpful there and I feel really good about the team and coaches since I moved to Center City, Philly and joined them.”
