Lights Out Xtreme Fighting LXF8 Results

Lights Out Xtreme Fighting held its first event after a hiatus at the Riverside Municipal Auditorium in Riverside, California. LFX 8, dubbed “The Return” featured some of the area’s best and most well-known talent and they all came out to put on some great fights.

During the broadcast, Head of Lights Out Xtreme Fighting (LXF) Shawne Merriman announced that LXF and Fubo Sports Network had extended their partnership. Past events showcased fighters like Spike Carlyle and Erick Gonzalez among others that went on to fight for Bellator MMA and the UFC.

The fighters at LXF 8 seem like they wanted to continue that trend with all but one fight ending in finishes. One knock-out, one technical knock-out, and two very rare submissions highlighted the evening. The one fight that went to the judges was a split decision for Musa Toliver who fought a very game Willie Gates who decided to call it a career with that loss. His next venture will be a career in stand-up comedy.

While Gates may be found for the stand-up scene, the winners from LXF 8 could be called up next with the impressive showing they had in Riverside. See the full results below and catch the replay free on Fubo Sports Network. The card lost a few bouts during fight week for reasons that were not announced but the fighters that were there put on a great show.
