Live, From New York, It’s Ronda Rousey! ‘Rowdy’ to host SNL
The NBC network announced former UFC champion and Olympic medalist Ronda Rousey will hosts Saturday Night Live for the first time on January 23. She will be joined by musical guest Selena Gomez, also making her SNL debut.

SNL will kick off 2016 on Jan. 16, with “Star Wars: The Force Awakens” star Adam Driver who makes his hosting debut alongside first-time musical guest Chris Stapleton.
Ronda Rousey will join a long line of fighters and other athletes who have hosted SNL including Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, Peyton Manning and Derek Jeter. Rousey will have to bring her “A” game if she wants to score some direct hits like those did.
