Loopy Godinez previews her UFC 274 fight against Ariane Carnelossi
Loopy Godinez loves to fight and if it was up to her she’d be fighting every single weekend.
Late last year in 2021, you might as well say that she did that as she set a UFC record by fighting twice in seven days. Then a few weeks later she fought again to give her three fights in just over a month span.
After a very busy and active end to 2021, Godinez decided to take some time off to stay in the gym and work on improving her skill sets and now after five months off she’ll look to show off what she’s been working on when she steps back inside of the octagon this weekend at UFC 274 when she fights Ariane Carnelossi on the early preliminary card for the event.
Prior to the fight, Godinez spoke with MyMMANews about the matchup, how she’s been improving over the last five months, her friendship with UFC fighters Alexa Grasso and Vanessa Demopoulos and her plans for the rest of the year.
