Whether proven vets or up and coming talent, our team continually puts together the highest caliber match-ups you’ll find anywhere.”
Vasquez continues, “As we continue to grow, I am also proud of the ongoing partnership and support of The Police Gazette and Bare Knuckle Boxing Hall of Fame, and I am thrilled that they chose BYB to host the matchup for their inaugural World Diamond Super Heavyweight Belt.”
BYB 9 and the Police Gazette Belt
BYB 9 features a main event and is pitting the two super heavyweights against each other for one of the oldest heritage belts in all of combat sports. The Police Gazette was the original sanctioning body for the bare knuckle boxing championship which was founded in 1881. That belt is being resurrected by BYB and will continue the lineage of John L. Sullivan and other bare knuckle boxers (fighters) from the first days of the sport.
