Bas Rutten develops the Martial Arts Handshake – WATCH

UFC Hall of Famer Bas Rutten believes he has created a new way for martial artists to say hello, goodbye, thank you, all in one, as he developed the Martial Arts Handshake.

Rutten posted a video to Instagram with the caption: “I developed a new handshake. The “Martial Arts Handshake”, check it out and spread the word. It’s fun to do, you can also catch with your face but that’s a little fun though, haha:

The handshake seems simple enough.  Maybe you and your training partners can start using it at your gym.  Maybe this will catch on and we will see videos of the technique popping up all over the internet and social media.
