Meet Gregg White – MMA changed his life, set for battle at Stellar Fights 42

Gregg White weighed in at around 330-lbs., when he started training BJJ.  After a few years and down to 280-lbs., White decided to call Stellar Fights President Brad Dalton and ask him for a fight.  White didn’t realize it at the time, but he needed to get down to the 265 lb weight limit. He said no problem, cut the weight and scored his first win in his first try in February at Stellar Fights 40.  Back to the gym and training he went only to come up on the losing end in April at Stellar Fights 41.

White is now down to 250-lbs., and ready to do battle in his third fight at Stellar Fights 42 on June 8 in Harrington, Delaware where he takes on John Michael.  His long term goals are to keep training, fighting and losing weight and possibly become a light heavyweight.  Gregg White is an amazing transformation story and a young man who is easy to cheer for.  Please check out our video interview above.

MyMMANews will be all over the Stellar card as I handle ring announcer duties and my teammate Adam Crist will be cageside with live results.  Stay tuned right here for more pre-fight interviews.
