Mike Stewart returns to competition at Men of War Professional Submission Grappling
It’s a battle of purple belts as Mike Stewart meets Ivan Taylor when Dead Serious Promotions presents Men of War Professional Submission Grappling, February 17.
The event takes place at the iPlay America Center in Freehold, New Jersey.
The last time mixed martial arts fans saw Stewart in competition was at CFFC 34 where he suffered a loss to Lewis Rumsey in April 2014.
Stewart tells MyMMANews that a lot has changed since that time to include a new gym, training partners, family, and a new found motivation to compete.
The rules for this Purple/Intermediate bout include:

No Heal Hooks
No Calf/bicep slicer
No spinal attacks
