Prelim Preview: Daniel Argueta vs. Isaac Dulgarian | UFC Vegas 67

Prelim Preview is back at it again. Today we are looking at another of the UFC Vegas 67 prelims. Today’s look is a featherweight fight between Daniel Argueta and Isaac Dulgarian. If you missed the previous Prelim Preview on Umar Nurmagomedov vs. Raoni Barcelos, catch up here!

Daniel Argueta: 8-1 Record, 2 KO/TKO’s, 4 Submissions | UFC Vegas 67

A veteran of The Ultimate Fighter, Daniel Argueta finally got the call up to the UFC in 2022. Argueta is 8-1 and has spent the majority of his career in LFA, one of the best prospect leagues in the US. There, Argueta managed to get some quality wins over much more experienced opponents like Marion Santos and Diego Silva.

On TUF, he lost the exhibition to Ricky Turcios and had to step back into the LFA scene. But a year later, Argueta got the call up to the UFC to fight Damon Jackson after Darrick Minner pulled out the fight due to a concussion. That fight was a loss for Argueta and now that he’s in the big show, Daniel Argueta is looking to get back to his winning ways at UFC Vegas 67.

Isaac Dulgarian: 5-0 Record, 3 KO/TKO’s, 2 Submissions

Isaad Dulgarian comes into UFC Vegas 67 undefeated at 5-0. He’s won all of his fights by finish with three coming via knockout in the first round and two coming by way of submission, both in the first. Dulgarian is a finisher through and through and looks to continue those finishing ways in his UFC debut.

Dulgarian hasn’t had much experience taking on fighters with much experience. But when he was called to the stage at FAC 12, which was a Lookin’ For a Fight episode for Dana White, he answered the phone against TeeJay Britton, who has a win over Gabriel Varga. He finished Britton in a minute and thirteen seconds in round one. Dulgarian hopes to make the boss happy by being one of the best finishers in the UFC.
