Prelim Preview: Jun Yong Park vs. Denis Tiuliulin | UFC Vegas 68
The UFC returns this weekend after a week off. The main event is a heavyweight slug fest between Derrick Lewis and Serghei Spivac. But during the week, I want to give shine to some of the up and coming fighters on the undercard of UFC Vegas 68. So we will be diving into that on Prelim Preview! Next on the list is Jun Yong Park and Denis Tiuliulin!
Jun Yong Park: 15-5 Record, 5 KO/TKOs, 3 Submissions | UFC Vegas 68
Jun Yong Park has been a mainstay of the UFC since his debut in 2019. Since that loss to Anthony Hernandez, Park has fought a total of seven times going 5-2 with the promotion. His only losses were to Gergory Rodrigues and the aforementioned Hernandez. His 15-5 record is deceiving as he’s won some great fights later in his career in the UFC where it counts.
Park has notched wins over names like Ray Cooper III, John Phillips, Tafon Nchukwi, and a tight decision win over Eryk Anders. Currently on a two fight win streak, Jun Yong Park looks to extend the winning ways at UFC Vegas 68.
Denis Tiuliulin: 11-6 Record, 8 KO/TKOs
Denis Tiuliulin looks to show off more of his striking skills after notching his first win at UFC 279 in the promotion. There, he defeated Jamie Pickett with a brutal knee and some ground and pound. His first fight in the UFC didn’t quite go his way when he was defeated by Aliaskhab Khizriev via rear naked choke.
Tiuliulin is an experienced fighter and has fought in some of the best promotions in the world which include UAE Warriors, Brave CF, M-1, ACB, and even PRIDE back in 2013. He’s a do or die fighter who looks to put on a fantastic fight in any of his performances he does by using the sledgehammers for hands that he possesses.
