Promising flyweights Malcolm Gordon and Allan Nascimento meet August 13th
Flyweights Malcolm Gordon and Allan Nascimento have been added to UFC Fight Night: Vera vs. Cruz, which takes place on August 13th at an undetermined location.
Gordon (14-5-0) was the TKO flyweight title holder prior to making his way to the UFC just two years ago. Despite losing his first two bouts with the organization, he has gone an even 2-2, winning his last two bouts. In 2021, he defeated Francisco Figueiredo via unanimous decision, and in February of this year, he scored a technical submission over Denys Bondar.

His opponent on August 13th will be Nascimento, who joined the promotion just last year. The Brazilian-born flyweight has gone 1-1 under the UFC banner with a debut loss to Tagir Ulanbekov and a recent win over Jake Hadley. At 19-6-0 as a professional, he will look to secure his 20th professional win come August.
