Raul Rosas Jr TKO’s Terrence Mitchell in 54 seconds at Noche UFC
The Ultimate Fighting Championship returns to us tonight, September 16, 2023, for Noche UFC, going down live from the T-Mobile Arena in Paradise, Nevada.
Headlining the event is a women’s flyweight championship rematch between Alexa Grasso (16-3) and no. 1 ranked former champion Valentina Shevchenko (23-4).
Co-headlining the event is a welterweight showdown between no. 13 ranked former XKO middleweight champion Kevin Holland (25-9) and no. 14 ranked former RF & EMMA welterweight champion Jack Della Maddalena (15-2).
Our feature fight of the evening came at 135 lbs between 18-year-old phenom Raul Rosas Jr (8-1) and The Ultimate Fighter 24 contestant Terrence Mitchell (14-4).
Rosas, following a first-round rear naked choke victory in his promotional debut last December, came into this bout off the first defeat of his career to Christian Rodriguez. Mitchell on the other hand lost his UFC debut to South African prospect Cameron Saaiman this past July.
