Sarah Thomas, a defending Ring Masters (Formally known as Golden Gloves) champion is seeking her second title. Thomas sits down with Kyle Carroll of Carroll’s Corner MMA Podcast to talk about the amateur boxing scene. Training at DLion Boxing Gym, Thomas discusses numerous topics surrounding her life and boxing career.
